How do you ensure the authenticity of sealed products?
All our Magic the Gathering sealed products are sourced directly from authorized distributors. We inspect every box for the original Wizards of the Coast shrink wrap and seal integrity before shipping.
What is your return policy for sealed booster boxes?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only if the factory shrink wrap remains completely intact and untampered. Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return due to the nature of collectible card games.
How are items packaged for shipping?
We use heavy-duty cardboard boxes and ample bubble wrap to ensure your collectibles arrive in 'collector grade' condition. We understand that box condition is vital for sealed collectors.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival.
Can I cancel a pre-order for an upcoming set?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the official release date. After this window, the order moves into our fulfillment stage and cannot be stopped.
